What did Teddy Roosevelt drink at the Menger Hotel when he was recruiting the Rough Riders?

Made with a stein of beer and a shot of whiskey.
Terlingua's Brew
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 12-ounces lemonade concentrate
2 cups tequila
1 cup orange liqueur
Serve over ice.
Sangria
6 oranges, sliced
3 lemons, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 cup sugar
1 cup club soda
2 cups brandy
1 gallon red wine
Place fruit in a bowl with sugar and brandy. Refrigerate 1 hour. Add
wine and club soda, stir and wait 1 hour. Serve over ice.
Irish Tea
4 Sprigs of fresh mint
1 tbsp. water
4 tsp confectioner's sugar
4 ounces bourbon
Ice
In a blender, blend mint, water, and sugar. Add 1 cup ice and bourbon. Blend and pour in a glass with ice.
La Villita's Margaritas
1 6-ounce can frozen limeade concentrate
6 ounces tequila
3 ounces triple sec
2 limes, peeled (remove seeds)
Ice cubes
1 lime wedge
Salt
Combine limeade, tequila, triple sec, peeled limes in a blender and blend.
Rub a lime wedge on the rims of glasses and invert onto a salted surface.
Serve with ice.
